Welcome to the Mubimart Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and rewarding affiliate experience.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To become an affiliate, you must complete the sign-up process through our affiliate portal. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive access to our affiliate tools and tracking links. Membership in the program is free.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you are responsible for promoting Mubimart products using the tools and links provided by us. You must not engage in any deceptive or misleading marketing practices. Your promotion of Mubimart products should be honest and ethical, and all affiliate links must be used as provided by us.

3. Commissions

  • Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale made through their unique affiliate link. The standard commission rate is up to 10% for each successful referral.
  • Commissions apply to all qualifying purchases, not just the specific products advertised.
  • The commission is calculated based on the purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).

4. Payments

  • Commission payments will be made according to the payout schedule defined in the affiliate portal (monthly or as otherwise agreed).
  • Payments are made via your preferred method, which could include PayPal or bank transfer.
  • To receive a payment, affiliates must have a minimum commission balance (as specified in the affiliate portal). If the minimum balance is not met in a given payout period, the balance will roll over to the next period.

5. Valid Sales

To qualify for commissions, sales must meet the following criteria:

  • The sale must be completed, with payment fully processed and cleared.
  • The referral must come from a legitimate and qualified source, i.e., the affiliate’s unique link.
  • Any cancellations or chargebacks will result in the commission being voided.

6. Affiliate Links and Promotional Materials

As an affiliate, you will be provided with access to various promotional tools such as banners, text links, and product links. You may use these materials to promote Mubimart products on your website, blog, or social media channels.

  • You are prohibited from altering or modifying the provided promotional materials in any way without prior approval from Mubimart.
  • You may not engage in any form of “cookie stuffing” or other unethical practices to artificially inflate your referrals.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use misleading or false advertising to promote Mubimart products.
  • Engage in spamming, unauthorized marketing, or posting affiliate links on unauthorized websites or platforms.
  • Use Mubimart’s brand name, trademarks, or logo without written permission.
  • Engage in any actions that may harm Mubimart’s reputation or business.

8. Termination of Participation

Mubimart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these terms.
  • Engaging in unethical practices.
  • Failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Any other activity deemed harmful to Mubimart’s business or reputation.

If your account is terminated, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

9. Affiliate Program Changes

Mubimart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time. We will notify affiliates of any significant changes. Continued participation in the program after such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mubimart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to their promotions.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the affiliate program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
